Welcome to Southwinds Condominium Association West!  There are six buildings with a total of 224 condo units in this community.  The board of directors is a volunteer board.  As board of directors, we run the condo corporation on behalf of owners. As an entity, we are responsible for making all major decisions regarding the maintenance of buildings and grounds, condos’ finances, and must uphold and enforce the Condo Act, the declaration, bylaws, and rules & regulations.

ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

Effective August 1st, 2019, P & M Management Services, Inc. has been retained by your Association to oversee day-to-day operations. The following will help give you a brief outline of some of the services they will provide.  The duties of P & M Management Services include the responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining the financial records.  P & M Management Services supervises contractors that work for the Association.  P & M Management assists the Board of Directors with enforcement of the provisions of the condominium including the condominium bylaws, rules and regulations and with the general overall administration of the policies established by your Board of Directors.

Your Association also hires contractors to service and maintain the Association’ common property.  Guided by contracts, your operating budget and your Board of Directors, P & M Management Services gives these contractors direction and supervision.
